By Alabama law, birth certificates have restricted access to family members and their legal representatives for 125 years while those greater than 125 years may be obtained by anyone upon payment of the proper fee.
For a copy of an Alabama birth certificate, please print and complete the appropriate form and send a money order or check (payable to State Department of Health) to the name and address below. |
