By Texas law, certified death certificates have restricted access to family members, their legal representatives, or anyone with written permission from family members for 25 years from the date of the death.
For a Texas Death Certificate, please print and complete the appropriate form, and send a money order or check (payable to the Bureau of Vital Statistics) to the name and address below. |
