Make personal check or money order payable to Idaho Vital Statistics. Idaho requires a copy of a picture ID, or copies of two forms of ID that have your signature such as a cancelled check and social security card. For $10.00 extra you can fax the request and pay by credit card. There is an additional $5.00 for Special Handling (express or priority service). Hours are 8-5 pm Mountain time (M-F) except Holidays.

Ddivorce certificates are legally confidential in Idaho for 50 years. Earlier records are with County Recorder in county where divorce was granted. Fees may vary.
