For a copy of an Alaska marriage license, please print and complete the appropriate form, enclose a copy of a valid government issued photo ID, and send a money order or cashier's check (payable to Bureau of Vital Statistics) to the name and address below.
For marriage records less than 50 years old, a letter or document from the office or agency requiring the marriage certificate must be sent in with the request, unless you are the bride or groom.
