For a copy of a Colorado marriage license, please print and complete the appropriate form, enclose a copy of a valid government issued photo ID, and send a money order or check (payable Vital Records Section) to the name and address below.
The State of Colorado provides verification only. Marriage records for the entire state are available for the following years: 1900 to 1939, and 1975 to present. Verifications for the years 1940 to 1974 can be obtained from the county where the license was obtained.
