For a copy of a Hawaii marriage license, please print and complete the appropriate form and send a money order or cashier's check (payable to Hawaii State Department of Health) to the name and address below.
By Hawaii law, certified marriage certificates have restricted access to family members and their legal representatives for 75 years while those greater than 75 years may be obtained by anyone upon payment of the proper fee.
