By Idaho law, marriage licenses have restricted access for 50 years and may only be obtained by family members or their legal representatives. Marriage certificates greater than 50 years old may be obtained by anyone upon payment of the proper fee.
For a copy of an Idaho marriage license, please print and complete the appropriate form, enclose a copy of a valid government issued photo ID, and send a money order or check to the name and address below.
