For a copy of a Ohio marriage license, please print and complete the appropriate form and send a money order or check (payable to Treasurer State of Ohio) to the name and address below.
Only marriage abstracts from 1954 to present are available at the Vital Records office. For certified copies or marriage licenses OR marriage records prior to 1954, please contact the Ohio Historial Society or the County Probate Court where the marriage license was issued. |
